Pause Postpartum provides in-home postpartum care across Melbourne, supporting families during the first 6-8 weeks after birth. As an Endorsed Midwife, Paula offers personalised support including breastfeeding guidance, emotional care, newborn checks and birth debriefing sessions.

Paula regularly provides home visits in Melbourne’s inner west and surrounding suburbs including; Yarraville, Footscray, Seddon, Kingsville, Williamstown, Newport, Altona, Spotswood, Maribyrnong, Brunswick, Carlton, Fitzroy, Kensington, Flemington, Ascot Vale, Essendon and Moonee Ponds.

If you are outside these areas, please reach out as we do travel across wider Melbourne for postpartum visits.

For families interstate or beyond our travel range, Telehealth midwifery services are available Australia-wide, including birth debriefing and antenatal education sessions.
