Antenatal Midwifery Support

Thoughtful guidance as you prepare for birth and postpartum

Becoming a parent beings long before your baby arrives, and the weeks leading up to birth can feel full, exciting and sometimes overwhelming. Whilst you already have your booked maternity care provider (whether that’s a public hospital, GP-shared care or private obstetrician) many families find that they want more time, space, and personalised support to feel truly prepared.

Pause Postpartum offers antenatal support sessions designed to complement your existing care. These sessions are available via Zoom, with Medicare rebates available, and are tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your pregnancy journey.
